As we continue to improve our business and prepare for new releases throughout 2025, please review our updated shipping policy.

Premade releases are typically shipped within 1–5 business days. Please note that shipping times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or customs clearance.

Shipping and delivery updates will be posted on our Instagram page, @novadepartment, through Instagram Stories and/or a designated Highlights section.

As a small, independently operated business, orders are generally shipped every Monday and Friday.
